Charming luxury villa situated in the exclusive area of Cala Deià, at almost a 100 meters away from the beach. It has breathtaking sea and mountain views from all its rooms and terraces.

Cala Deià surely is one of the most renowned calas on the island due to its natural beauty and crystal-clear waters. It was the preferred spot for Robert Graves, British poet and writer who lived in Deià, his family and him enjoyed lovely sea baths on this beach.

An ideal spot to have the fish of the day and fresh seafood accompanied with a lovely sangria in one of the two bar-restaurants with stunning sea views; Cas Patro March and Can Lluc, both a couple of minutes walk from the house.

Very close to Cala Deià, only about 3 km away, you will find the beautiful little village of Deià. A village which has managed to preserve its traditional architecture and become a reference point for artists, that is why we can find several art galleries and some of the most exquisite restaurants.

The villa

The villa is split on three floors, carefully designed its architecture transmits an exclusive rustic atmosphere, welcoming and very well kept.

Four double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms offer high standard accommodation for up to 8 people.

The central A/C system will keep you comfortable and cool even during the peak summer season, the shaded dining terrace and lounge area are perfect for ‘al fresco dining’ in the sea breeze.

Booking Information

  • 1 week minimum stay (except out of season 5-night minimum stay)
  • Check in after 4:00pm and departure no later than 10:00am, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Deposit 30% on booking. Balance (70%) 8 weeks before arrival date.
  • Security and breakages deposit of 1.000 € due with final payment. Will be refunded within 15 days of departure unless any deductions for damage or breakages.
